    Our appraisal service methodology is a detailed on-site analysis of all 20+ building components from the floor  to the roof of each building and each section of each building.  We physically measure, field inspect and do a walk-through of every building to calculate appropriate square footage and produce an easy to read and an understandable construction report.  Digitized photos and site maps of buildings are included as well as GPS coordinates.  All of our work is shown, so you don't have to answer your clients, "because the appraiser said so".
