The company was formed in 1979 to deliver high quality and economical appraisal services to school districts in Idaho.Clients were quick to recognize that we were producing and returning superior reports in weeks instead of months. They found that a small company provided a substantially higher level of actual "customer service". Territory expansions and increased client services were added as our reputation spread.

Today we serve clients coast-to-coast, still providing detailed and superior reports. Our unique on-site information gathering methodology and digital file transfer is quite simply better than everyone else. We gather our appraisal information quickly with little interruption to clients normal routines. Our mission remains the same as it was in 1979, Valuations Northwest will serve with integrity and reliability to provide our clients the information they require in their insurance, inventory and accounting programs.
